Buyer requests

When you submit a request we store the details you enter (name, company, work email, optional phone and role, service, location, timeline, size, budget range, and project summary). We use them to find suitable providers. With your consent, we share your request with up to 3 providers listed on SCIFindex. Each introduction is reviewed by a person before it is sent. We do not sell your information. To have a request deleted, email [email protected].

No classified information or CUI

SCIFindex is not an accredited system. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), program names, or facility security details. Requests that appear to contain classification markings are rejected.

Analytics

We count page events (such as searches, profile views, and clicks to provider websites) without cookies and without storing personal information with those events.

Listings and matching

Basic listings are free and compiled from public sources. Providers can claim and correct their listing. Matching of buyer requests is based on the service requested and the provider's stated coverage. Paid placement does not change which providers are matched; any paid placement on the site is labeled.

Ownership and conflicts

SCIFindex's owner and a company he founded have business relationships with one or more listed providers. Those providers are never matched automatically; any referral to them is reviewed manually and disclosed to the buyer. See conflicts of interest.
